Our Electricians are all fully qualified to the 17th edition I.E.E electrical wiring regulations and are conversant with all aspects of home wiring. We provide a complete range of electrical services from replacing a light fitting to the complete electrical design and rewire of a domestic dwelling.

Tencer Ltd are NICEIC approved Domestic Part P Installers and have been NICEIC approved contractors since 1988. All works are fully tested with an NICEIC 17th Edition Test Certificate issued upon completion.

PART P Domestic Dwelling Building Regulations

Since 1st January 2005 electrical installation works carried out in dwellings have been subject to Part P of the Building Regulations. These requirements apply to ALL electrical installation work carried out and failure to meet these requirements is a criminal offence.

TENCER LTD are NICEIC Domestic Part P approved installers who will certificate and notify electrical works providing the property owner with a local authority building compliance certificate. This certificate will be required should you wish to ever sell your property.
